The Mountain Cafe

First blog post in two months. Wow. What a season it has been. A very busy, full one. I am back now with a bit more time on my hands and am going to be catching up on blog post after blog post. The first one I thought I start with is a very recent one. It's just few photos from another one of Jordy's gigs. A gig of his that he has done a few times at this place and will being doing more in the coming weeks. He has been playing at a stunning Cafe called "The Mountain Cafe" in M-block market. The place has been done up amazingly. Every time I walk in there I feel like I have walked up a staircase to the top of a mountain and out of all the chaotic noise that Delhi has. It the perfect oasis especially being able to hear his music there every week. Here are a few photos to give you a glimpse of the night. Also if you are ever in the area then do yourself a favor and have a meal and listen to some amazing music at the little oasis. (:

It was holi, a happy holi. A day spent with colorful faces and dancing feet. A day of performing and playing. A day to go wild. It was a day to remember. Moments to record. Here are some of them, right in front of you.

Loud Silhouettes

A week ago today was an amazing first event of many more to come.  It was Delhi's first Delhi Bikers Fest.  There were 900 bikers, food, chai, music, every bike you ever dreamed of, art, talks, and music.  The Jordan Johnson Band was the featured band at the Fest.  They killed it, again.  I wanted to take a few shots of them playing and this time with a twist.  All in Silhouette.  It was something completely different from what I would normally do but I like the way it turned out, so I thought I would share.

Now in a year be sure to check out the Fest and come listen to these guys play.  You won't want to miss it, I swear.

Two Sets of Bare Feet

 This is the first blog post of a project that I have been working on. I am so excited to show you guys a piece of it.  I was just recently down in Goa and did a creative shoot for a fashion company called "Bare Foot on the Beach." The lady who owns the line flew down with her daughter and we had such a lovely time together. So many laughs. This set of photos is of the two of them loving and feeling at home again on the beach.

I'll be posting another blog post in the next couple of weeks and also share her brand new website filled with all the beach photos as soon as it has launched
