Dancing Mehndi

I love my India and a couple of weeks ago I was reminded of how true that really is. I went to Jaipur to photograph an amazing couples wedding reception. The night before the reception she had a mehndi party. I had no idea I was going to be able to be apart of this and I am so happy I was. I found myself in a home full of giggling girls celebrating love and life. There was yummy food, drinks, henna, laughing, bright colors, music, singing, acting, and lots of dancing. I was so happy and felt blessed. I was home again. (:
